Is www.employmentcrossing.com Safe?

As much as I've benefited from the life lessons that A. Harrison Barnes offers on his sites, I feel sad that his business has a D+ rating with the BBB as of the last time I checked and that I've read so many scam warnings and stories of people getting shoddy outsourced resume rewrites and having to jump through hoops to cancel their service. C'mon, Mr. Barnes, can't you hire some Americans to provide a quality resume service? I'd pay more for a real service and a BBB certification.

I used this site (more specifically, their ***** site) for my job search and was very successful with it. It helped me find more jobs in my field and weeded out all the sales and gimmicky jobs that get in the way on sites like Careerbuilder and Monster. I highly recommend this site for any job search. I received a couple of calls and interviews from using this site. They also provide great job search info and articles. I was able to cancel my membership at any time by calling their customer service department.

Subscribed to site on a trial membership in good faith, willing to pay for their services. I found their services to not fit my needs, but could find no way to cancel my account, and now, I am getting a monthly bill for a service I don't want not use.
