Not safe, even after 10 years you cannot opt out. The site's content is also morally questionable. Definitely not a site for naïve people.

This site is informative to the young and old if they have ears to hear! Perhaps everyone can be transformed before the horn blows and JC appears on a white horse. Time is near just like it was in Lot's day at Sodom and Gomorrah. Oh, may you have ears to hear so you can be blessed and saved from the one who wants to devour you! Wake up people...America!!

If a site does not allow its members to opt out for any reason, then it is unsafe. Also, the site content itself is ethically questionable.

A good safe video site. Nearly all videos are child and family appropriate Found no trackers other than Google Analytics and DoubleClick.

Opt-out does not work on either setting on site or link in e-mails. Requests to admins to be removed from e-mail list have gone ignored for several weeks.
