The program doesn't even work. Don't waste your computer space for this crap

When you open this program, you can't click the close button or do Alt-F4. It will lock you in with a screen that says "access to set text color denied" or something like that instead of CLOSING the dang thing! Use the task manager to close this piece of crap, then uninstall it. It will just lock you in again if you open it. Also, it doesn't even do anything else...

This is a website that provides software for creating web browsers. I think just coding the browser in C# or VB is better than this, but this is not a completely accurate rating, until I find out how to use this software as it is sorta hard to understand.
