Helpful

Google remote desktop solution. Even the free version is very good. Work under Windows, Linux and MacOSX. I recommend it.

I hear that Mikogo is a good remote desktop program. I noticed that, right now, the ratings for it aren't good. But that could be because Mikogo had used the "swine flu" outbreak to advertise for itself: ***** and ***** That may have caused people to get upset at it for what some may consider "dirty" marketing, but really their software may be OK.

Being a IT Help desk Agent, I personally tested the website, and didn't find any problem with it. Image quality is also good enough. Worth to try it.
