We have been hosting with Webair since about 2012. I personally have many years of experience with other hosting companies and find Webair to be very responsive and knowledgeable. Our email is hosted elsewhere, so I can't comment on that.

Mike Christopher and Mike Orza are in fact the same person. (1). The very same individual uses two names to be both the CEO and the COO. Sneaky. The deliberate petty deception is untrustworthy.

Abuse complaints are automatically parsed and TOS violations are sent to clients. Any emails that cannot be automatically parsed are put into a manual bucket to be reviewed. Please send an email to ipadmin@webair.com for faster response.

Webair is a rather big web hosting company with thousands of customers. As one can imagine, some of those customers' sites can get hacked and become involuntary hosts of some malware. From what I've seen, Webair actively tries to cleanup such sites and remove malware hosts from their service. They also host a rather large number of adult-only websites, which usually attracts other questionable traffic..

What IPs? We automatically shut down clients after Y complaints in X time period.
One pop after page load. They do link to a couple of questionable sites (homepage hijacker and one with a lot of pops). Seems like a legit site though. A tad gaudy but safe enough.
