Is xoticpc.com Safe?

Sales was great, right out of the box the laptop I ordered had a defective screen, I contacted support (paid extra for the higher level of support) You can't call support directly, they list support phone numbers for the brand of laptop you purchased. Emailed support who contacted me and just took the information and passed it onto the support of the brand I purchased (keep in mind I paid for the extra support). a DAY later (the support person told me 2 hours) I got an email where I answered any questions he had and now another 24 hours later I'm still waiting for a response. I called up customer support and let them know I wanted to return the laptop and after getting the song and dance it turns out I need to email support before I can return the laptop. so I emailed support while I was on the phone.. Waiting to hear back. The lesson is Stay away from companies like this. Other people had favorable ratings, I had a bad experience. Second lesson learned, when it comes to technology, you get what you pay for, spend the extra money and get a Dell with 3 year pro support or buy a Mac.

Ils ont répondu à une vitesse plus que correcte dans le sens ou, pour le peu de messages que j'ai envoyé à de e-commerçants, ils ont été les plus rapides. J'ai ensuite été sur le chat en live avec un conseiller disponible sur leur site internet, mon interlocuteur était fantastique. Il m'a donné énormément de renseignements (bien plus que ceux que vous pouvez avoir d'un vendeur chez Darty). Son intention n'était pas de me vendre à tout prix son matériel, mais d'orienter mon choix vers ce qui pourrait me convenir le mieux. Il a été d'une rare franchise. N'ayant encore rien acheté sur ce site, c'est pour moi un modèle remarquable quand à la relation client. N'hésitez pas à tenter l'expérience.
