This website poses as YellowPages and even uses their logo on their fax spam distribution list. Confirming your business information will enroll you in a two year monthly charge of $99 dollars per month. They almost immediately defer to a collection agency too. They are linked with "open-business-directory.com" in DUBAI.

They start with unsolicited junk faxes for yellow-page-usa.com and open-business-directory.com. That's illegal in the USA. But the domain registrant is actually in Moscow, so he doesn't care: Registrant: Open Business Directory Ltd. Petrenko Vladimir Sergeyevich ul. Udaltsova d. 52, kv. office 1361 g. Moskva / Moscow ***** RU The Yellow Pages was once simply the business directory from the local phone company in the US. Now you have some guy in Russia using that name to try to make businesses think they're renewing their telephone directory listing. Of course, the fax contains no information about the business besides its fax number -- they're apparently just sending these to random fax numbers to see who is stupid enough to return them. And what listing are they paying for? This firm wants businesses to sign up to pay $99/month for two years in order for them to set up a page for them on Facebook. They have no relationship with Facebook and don't guarantee Facebook won't take the page down. What's more, they want three months advance notice to cancel, or they'll renew this bizarre service for another year. Don't be fooled by the names "Yellow Pages," "Facebook," or "USA." This is a complete waste of money with a deceptive come-on. If you want a Facebook page for your business, you can set one up yourself. There aren't that many choices to screw up.

I agree with AlphaCentauri, I didn't sign up for this bogus service of course. These people try to imitate the legitimate yellow ***** service. In my case, I received a letter in the mail asking for a renewal payment in the ridiculous sum of $1,800. This was a red flag right away.
