They charge you for glasses that haven't shipped. They claim to be sending out of California and then email me that my glasses are going through customs? When does a package coming from California come through customs? I told them weeks prior that the prescription in the glasses was screwed up by the eye doctor I saw and they said "Besides, we are sorry to inform you that it is too late to cancel the order for a full refund. Once the order is submitted, our Lab will start the production process right away. There are many steps in manufacturing your glasses, which won't allow us to wait a day or two before processing. Any changes to an order must be made by phone, email or chat, within 24 hours of the order being placed since your order is already in process."

I went through the check-out experience and gave them all the information they requested. I was excited to receive 2 pairs of glasses. However, one of them was so poorly constructed that the red accents were not centered and already peeling off. I never wore those. For the other pair, the temples (earpieces) were so long that the glasses fall off of my face. I love the glasses, so I asked for shorter temples. They don't have them. So I asked to return them. They have offered to receive BOTH pairs back (shipped at my expense) for 50% credit. Oh, and it took them 8 days to return my inquiry, so there is no time left on the clock on their 30-day return policy. That does not feel accidental to me. It feels manipulative. Be sure that I am saving EVERYTHING and will take this to my credit card company with ample evidence of my timely and good-faith actions. One way or another, I will get 100% money back, but I should NOT have to go to the effort I'm going to in order to do it.

I remember in August buying the 8 dollar basic prescription lenses. They came ten days after ordering and have gotten lots of compliments on these pair. I have been wearing these frames for the past three months with no problems. Will buy from them again.
