Big scam, work-from-home fraud that aims to steal your money. Promise you online jobs that require an upfront fee from you, then you never hear from them again. It's pure fraud. They spam websites all around the world. 99% are working from Pakistan, I don't know who is behind it. Facebook does nothing to shut down their obviously fraudulent accounts and fake profiles. Major review fraud. They say these people can't be cured. I have a 1/2 ounce of lead that says otherwise.

Originally posted March 2013; further information added December 2014, and updated March 2016: ziprecruiter.com receives redirect links in ***** job notification emails. The emails from ***** have ***** unsubscribe links. See: ***** (light green) ***** (orange; I'm changing my rating) OTHER: I found no mention on the ***** website of what domain name email forwarding would come from or what email links would be contained in the emails ("zipalerts.com" or "ziprecruiter.com"). OTHER: Running on the Amazon / ***** network, which continuously sustains IP addresses rated up to "very high" amounts of spam during a 30 day period. *****

Daily emails with repeated job listings that are annoying. Many links lead to sites that are suspicious, no longer valid, or otherwise are BS.

So at first I thought this sight was a full on scam, on further inspection it looks like the sight is real but they use questionable business practices to bring people here. I think they might be spamming LinkedIn with fake job offer's but again It's hard to tell.

sending out spam via "job serious" pimping jobs to machine accounts claiming confirmed opt-in. obviously that could never be the case. plus, how would you pay a machine anyway? weasels.

Accepts and stores personal information of job applicants... and its privacy policies are full of "weasel words" such as, "Any personal information or content that you voluntarily disclose for posting to the Service, such as User Content, BECOMES AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC. If you remove information that you posted to the Service, copies may remain viewable in cached and archived pages of the Service." (EMPHASIS added by me) ... plus warnings that your information may be sold to others "as we develop our business." Tracking cookies may be in use (uncertain).

User friendly job ad posting, very friendly customer service people. Much less expensive than going to Monster. Recommended, especially if you want to save money.

They claim the service is free, but it is not. It is only a 4 days free trail!
