I use a variety of Zoho services regularly. They are responsive to feedback. Their websites usually work great, with features beyond my expectations. Zoho doesn't have ads on many of their sites beyond those for their own services, which keeps me from being distracted, or from worry about what kinds of ads kids are shown.

ZOHO mail is amazing if you have your own domain and you need an email address setup. It does require a bit of tech savvyness, but if you can get through that, its no sweat after that.
