La confiabilidad muestra la confianza que los usuarios tienen en un sitio. La fiabilidad del proveedor muestra la precisión, la responsabilidad y la honestidad de una experiencia de compra en línea. La privacidad es la medida de confianza que un usuario tiene contra intrusiones o molestias. La seguridad para menores indica la presencia de material inadecuado para menores o bien actividades peligrosas o ilegales.
