This website offers tests for your anti-spyware, like EICAR for anti-viruses. The downloads here are NOT infected. They offer an executable that removes all changes done to your computer after running these tests, which are changes that only mimic and simulate the behavior of many typical spyware.

Great site for testing your antispyware.
Note: The Spycar test will make changes to your system. However, the "tow truck" application will undo these changes. Antiviruses will block the "tow truck" application, so please disable your AV before you use the "tow truck" clean up tool.
