Used to be easy to turn of automatic renwal now you have to call up customer support load of fucking shit all it is they just dont want to be with out any money in there pocket so there make it as hard as possible to cancel your membership

Absolute pain in the backside account management.
Can't manage your own "Auto Account Renewal" settings and you are signed up for it AUTOMATICALLY if you use a credit card AND you have no option to remove your credit card information without calling customer service.
CALL CUSTOMER support and spend at least 30 MINUTES and answer stupid questions....while they perform a function that should take...30 SECONDS on THEIR WEBSITE.
