As others have said, this is just google! Maybe it belonged to somebody else in the past, but now it is Google. If you look at it it is a GWS (Google's server) 404 error page. If you perform a DNS query of one of google's adsense sites this comes up. Nothing to worry about!

These comments are misinformed. This IP belongs to Google and used via their Adsense for domains program. It may be that a site in transition will throw up this IP, but when resolved the site will appear as a 'series of links' which are also ads, but this is because they are 'adsense' based NOT a phishing scam.
