This site is technically safe, however given its background I feel a factual disclaimer is required.
This is the website of a far-right wing political party in the United Kingdom called the "British National Party" or BNP, whos primary issue is the anti-immigration platform they run on.

Although I can find no hate speech on the site per se, some people consider the organisation, and by extension their website, to be hateful.

Edit: I just downrated my Privacy rating, because the BNP recently had a leak of its membership list, which has caused some members to lose their jobs and other difficulties.

Simply put, a British fascist and neo-Nazi party, and obviously very racist against ethnic minorities. Website doesn't contain any malware so the site itself is safe, but don't trust a word of what they say about race and all.
