This domain is used by Adobe to place tracking cookies, on behalf of its customers, (it's customers being shopping sites that want to track where you go and what you look at while you are there), on the computers of visitors to customers' selected websites. This is a very questionable ethical practice.

This site is a common XSS (Cross-site Scripting) vulnerability attacker! It's script tries to run on all sorts of other pages on the web that are not affiliated with it. It is for the reason that Internet Explorer does not protect against such a vulnerability that we saw the zero-day attacks as of late which compromised reputable websites and user registrars (and also the reason that IE just isn't worth it!)
