Ist 5gbfree.com sicher?

this is a web hosting site. so anyone can host their website here. now 5gbfree.com itself is a benign website, however, the website hosted for example: abcd.5gbfree.com can be completely honest/benign website while xxx.5gbfree.com may not be appropriate for children or may contain malware/be phish or spammer. The whole 5gbfree.com domain cannot be labelled as malicious one. sub-domain needs to be labelled here.

I was looking for a free web hosting with 5 gbs. I found this one, I registered and then they send me an email "Your account has been activated", so I went to login to my site and it says domain not registered. I was kinda confused, I registered another one, it worked the second time but they deleted it after 1 day.

Whatever "spam" was mentioned seems to be gone. I've had nothing but good experiances with 5gbfree.com. They are a good host with a full version of cPanel, for free! I only use free hosting (I don't see the point of paying for something unless it's a major investment), and this is a step up from my last host, ***** (http://www.x90x.net/). Fantastic site.

5gbfree.com was spammed in October, 2011 When you tell the registrar ENOM about their problem, you get the same old irresponsible buck-passing duck-shoving fob-off - "we are only the registrar - complain to the hosting ISP" - as if that exonerated them from ethical responsibility. Typically over 50% of domains registered at Demand Media's ENOM is detected in unlawful spam (51% - 1552 of 3035). ENOM is sponsoring this illegal spamming operation, and accepts payments for the unlawful domain name registrations. Where Go Daddy shows corporate responsibility, ENOM shows corporate irresponsibility. And toothless ICANN accredits them, while pocketing the accreditation fees. Some would accuse ENOM of providing a safe harbor for crime. Others would wonder if there is any vestigial trace of ethics at ICANN.
