I recommend to anyone that is into this hobby or wants to get into it to do research before using a website like this. This website is misleading and bad for the hobby as a whole and should be avoided. A lot of the covers listed are stolen/ripped off artworks from legitimate circles and sold at a cost comparable to the original with a massive loss in quality. This is a link to a comparison of one of many bootleg covers sold on the site to it's original counterpart. ***** The bootleg cover looks like a poorly traced version of the original because it is exactly that and that's what you're paying for. The materials used for the covers listed on this site are also of low quality and you could be getting way better for your money with a little research. These guys have really scummy practices. They steal art and claim it for their own and say that they made it themselves. The fabric they claim is "Japanese" but this is far from the truth. Their best material is 2WT from China and on top of that 2WT comes in many various forms and their fabric happens to be one of the lowest if not the lowest qualities I've ever seen. They also lie about their "deals" by marking it up then claim that they're on sale even though that deal is always there. This kind of practice is not legal in many different countries. Even with the "deal" and Youtube promo codes their prices are more expensive than the original art from wherever they come from. They also try to get as much YouTube sponsorships as they can so they can seem trustworthy but very likely the Youtubers who are involved are unaware of this hobby so they don't know about AnimeDakimakuraPillow's practices. Overall do not buy from this website and support the real owners of the art.

I've purchased numerous items from this site over about a year or so, and only ever had one problem on an order that didn't ship out in time. This was because this site doesn't have a stock quantity, so I was unaware that the item I purchased was out of stock. Jon, the person who owns the website, personally emailed me, telling me about the situation. After a few exchanges we sorted it out, and the item eventually shipped within the time frame he had listed. I was hesitant about this site when I first went to it, but I've had absolutely no other problems on any of my orders with the exception above. Tons of promo codes, a point system that adds points to your account whenever you purchase something (this can be used to save between 15-30% off on shipping), great customer support. Never had my card swiped without my consent after buying from this site. If you're looking for dakimakura, you'd be hard pressed to find a site as good as this. Highly recommended. While this site has more than just body pillows, this site definitely isn't for kids (though I assume those who use this website and its services probably already know what they're getting into).
