A couple of years ago I decided to try a new rental car company because I had yet to be impressed with any of them so far. Several of the low-end companies have left me frustrated with their poor customer service and ridiculous rules, so I am really glad I tried Promotor Rent a Car! Since using the services of Promotor, I have received nothing but spectacular customer service. They have ALWAYS been very courteous, helpful and polite.

I must say that we are extremely pleased with Promotor Rent a Car. Everyone I have worked with in the office is incredible and always confirms with us super quickly.
