For many years now, I've had a pretty good experience dealing with Bangood. Low prices, good quality items so far, very very few lost packages, good and friendly support through live chat and support service, lastly contacted about a defective item. They accepted to replace it. In the overall, I would from my own personal experience recommand Bangood.

Хотя последний заказ пришлось обсуждать, так как при заказе в декабре это был один лот, а когда пришел, то уже другой, о чем я узнал лишь о получении. Была изменена спецификация производителем, о чем не был уведомлен при заказе. Но договорился о рефанде, так что и тут опыт положительный. Любят навязать дополнительное страхование посылки.

Banggood is safe, I am sure of that. I have been ordering a pretty long time there and I have always received mine order. Recently I bought a light for in the kitchen, but the motion sensor did not work. I told this, and they only asked for a video prove. When I showed it, they replied with two options. One was to have a refund and the other was sending a new one. I chose the refund and got it in less than two days. So they are safe and help you when you need it.

I bought few items without any problem. Banggood is faster than AliExpress for the processing and shipping time ! There is a missing part in my last order but the have sent to me another replacement for free ! So I only can recommend Banggood for their professionalism !
