- poor customer relationship, nothing on your customer interface to cancel, suppress or even make a complain about an order !!! The only way is a simple mail to the customer service !
- Pretty long shipping delay
If you take all that in consideration it's a very good website. I would advise not to buy expensives stuff thought.

The staff is one of the most customer friendly team I had to do with. I have ordered an part which was broken and they re-sent after the investigation.

I have been buying from BangGood on a regular basis for just over a year, and have found their service excellent, with goods often arriving (in Australia) within a week of being ordered, and being exactly as advertised. So far I have only had one item arriving damaged, and this by seawater. My claim was dealt with rapidly and courteously, and entirely to my satisfaction. I have no hesitation in recommending BangGood.

I had any problem with them ever. Shipping sometimes takes longer time, but what do you want fir this "price" :) When its there some problem with product, its easy to solve that. Buying there few years, about 50 orders.

Goods purchased from this site is as exactly as described, arrived in good time, However when one of the item arrived faulty, to contact them you need to click on their link from live chat, you can't access from within the logged in account. Also needed to make video to show them the fault. Staff then contact you by email. but overall good.

Llevo muchos años siendo cliente de Banggood y hasta ahora todo habia llegado correctamente. Hace unos dias recibi una minicamara que se calentaba mucho y no funciona Video Out y Mande un video para confirmar el problema y al dia siguente me reembolsaron el importe

The Costumer Service is Excellent, if you ever have a problem they are always there to help, weather that means giving you information or a replacement or a refund. The free shipping option is Awesome or you can take advantage of there shipping deal and pay a little bit towards the shipping and your orders will arrive quicker.
To Sum up I think Banggood are an "AWESOME" Company
