Ordered 3 leddrivers 72W. The product arrived after 4 weeks, what is normal for Europe. But unfortunatelty 2 drivers were defective. After corresponding with the servicedesk of Banggood, and making a video of the defective drivers, they offered to resend 2 new working drivers, no further costs. I'm happy with the speed they handled this issue. The working drivers I'm very satisfied with, they do what I want, for example 1 driver is used for a row of 13 led spots divided over a distance of 20 meters and works perfect! I had bought several led bulbs at ***** earlier, that was a good buy as well. Recommendable site.

Ordered a PiPO S1 pro tablet (order 143257) on November 27th 2013. The price was the lowest available from many stores and included free (trackable) airmail shipping (banggood sent the tablet via Singapore Post). Within hours from my order (about two) their e-shop system notified me (via e-mail) about the status of the order and provided tracking ID. The tablet arrived in Greece on 20th December 2013 inside a protective foam box, with all accessories and warranty card. Banggood stuff was very helpful answering my questions about shipping and tracking the item. Will buy again from them soon. Highly recommended.

I have placed my first order with Banggood in december and I was a bit apprehensive at first. I paid with Pay-pal, which was reassuring. Their site is amazingly well-stocked and there is something for everyone! I have ordered a few items: 1 handbag, some mobile phone accessories, 1 pair of tights, 1 top, hair extensions, 2 wallets and 1 face mask; for only around 30 €... which was a bargain! I had to wait quite a bit for my order to arrive but maybe because it was over the festive season... I haven't been disappointed with one single item, they all were exactly as described. Their customer service team is friendly and prompt. So I might try out for a second order, and my mom just placed one... So be patient, be careful when you pick your size/colour and you have no reason to worry about this site!

Banggood is a page with products at great prices, and most importantly the after sales service in case of problems, is excellent. I solved a problem I had to buy a tablet excellently and in no time. I have shown that it is a trusted site, I keep buying them.

I ordered an RC helicopter from BangGood for the first time. I chose a shipping method that was around 5 days, and the same day, they e-mailed me saying that the shipping method that I chose had a history of not making it through customs. They offered to refund me shipping, and ship it with a slower method. I said that was fine. But then, instead of refunding me the shipping, they actually upgraded to a different shipping method for free! They upgraded me to a 3 day method! They actually personally contacted me and did this for me! I have to say, this is excellent customer service in my books! DHL tracking says it will be here tomorrow! I am so exited :) At first, I was skeptical because of the prices, but I will be ordering from this site more often!

This company has an incredible website which is easy to use and I enjoyed the design. There are so many selections of products and all are at a great price. Also, their customer service is superb and I am so happy and grateful for their prompt response.
