Solamente un problema en funcionamiento en un articulo, efectue la consiguiente reclamacion a traves de correo electronico, fue atendida inmediatamente, nos pusimos de acuerdo en el tema en tres dias, envie el articulo y de inmediato me fue reintegrado los costes del articulo mas los portes ocasionados por mi envio. ¡¡PERFECTO!!. ¡¡MUCHAS EMPRESAS DEBERIAN DE APRENDER SOBRE ESTA FORMA DE RESOLVER PROBLEMAS CON SUS CLIENTES!! Today I am placing my 600th order with Banggood. They have an excellent variety of products, and everything I got from them has a great quality. Almost all of the items are even better than on the photos. They offer good products with excellent prices and free shipping, however, the better thing they have is their customer support. They never made mistakes with my orders and when I do, they are very quick to fix it as soon as I request. Since the last 4 years I have buying many things from websites around the world, but there is not a single place that looks like Banggood. Try it and you will see by yourself.

Bought several times from this store banggood. all come to order. marriages were several alternatives, but the seller is always fully offset the marriage, if not a possible repair, or in part, if there were defects. very, very good technical ASSISSTANCE. Great shop. Lots of products, including some RC stuff that even HobbyKing can't match (helicopters that bind with the FlySky 9X). Final package in the order took a while to arrive, but that's just because the postal service is slow. BangGood customer service was very good (while I was attempting to find the package).

All the items i bought were in good shape and good working condition, customs service is perfect with immidiate response. Sure i will buy from them. Conserning shipping time i will say that China is a little bit far away from Greece, so 20 days to receive using free shipping, its good time

***** is a reputable site. Most prices include basic parcel service, which can take longer than the 14days. Have not tried expedited shipping, but I've ordered r/c toys which arrived in good conditions and were as advertised. I was satisfied enough to order again with same positive results.
