Ist basictalk.com sicher?

It's a cheap phone service and works fairly well for the $9.99 price tag. I haven't had a single problem with it either and I don't understand why this site has bad reviews. The only problem thing I see, is that the $9.99 service only allows for 3000 minutes, which is fine with me as I rarely use the phone. I just have it in case of emergency or if I need to call family & friends.

VERY BAD SERVICE! Cannot talk with a lIve person at anytime other than for purchase. My service was cancelled twice without my authorization, ultimatley costing me $$. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE unless you like major frustration and inconvenience in your life.

Somebody rated this site bad because they got a BasicTalk SPAM email from a address that wasn't even a BasicTalk address. So they are blaming BasicTalk for some BasicTalk SPAM email that didn't even really come from BasicTalk. Seriously people. Figure it out. This site is fine. It's legit. they even show what the final price in your area with the governments taxes and fees. It ended up being a service that wouldn't work for me, because fir business purposes I need to fax and internet phone services like BasicTalk work great for voice phone calls but are not recommended for Faxing. But people I know that have it, like it and it's about 1/4 the cost of the cheapest traditional land-line service in my area.
