Ist bbc.com sicher?

I agree with everyone else on this rating page, BBC is a great site for information and up to date documentation, however children need to have parental discretion. I give it a trust rating and no rating for child safety. My suggestion would be to have some type of child filter system in place, or age log-on filter.

The BBC News site is, obviously, a safe site, but it contains links to sites that are very suspicious - for example, there was a link today (Jan 2017) to a site recommending the ScanGuard app. Such is the fluidity of the linking process to these external sites that anyone who is not really on top of internet security could easily be convinced that these dodgy sites have the blessing of the BBC.
