Ist bedbathandbeyond.com sicher?

Purchased items on January 8, 2020 online and the online receipt said it will be shipped in three days. I received all kinds of emails and text message on my phone informing that my order had been shipped. By February 11, 2020 I still never received my order in the mail, but I got an email from them wanting my feedback on how I liked my items that I had ordered and when I checked my order on the phone app it showed my order as being completed meaning it was shipped and I had received it. I don't know how that was possible when the tracking for both FEDEX and USPS both showed that it left California heading to New Jersey before it supposedly was to be shipped to my address and it never reached New Jersey Postal office. Before my order was in California it showed that it was in Arizona, New Mexico and other places which to me is very suspicious as to why the items I ordered is being shipped to all these different states. Was able to speak to FEDEX and they said to file a complaint with the company I had placed the order with and stated the company as being "R U Game" instead of Bed Bath and Beyond. I looked up R U Game online and it showed as a used video game store in Florida. Bed Bath & Beyond is a fraudulent company according to all the complaints on the Better Business Bureau, Face book pages and other various websites having consumer complaints/reviews against Bed Bath & Beyond. A report of this fraudulent company needs to be filed with the FBI to have them shut down BBB ASAP for stealing from consumers all over the world. This was an international order that I never received. They were quick to take my money online from my payment preference and fraudulently make it look like I was going to get my order by sending me fake emails from a third party company that sends automatic emails or text message after purchases are made with BBB saying you will receive your shipment by a certain date all the while BBB fraudulently considers the order completed and delivered even though customers never actually get their order in the mail. I usually check a company's credibility and reviews prior to making a purchase; wish I did with BBB before placing my order with them. Saw online BBB is on the list to shut down over 60 over their stores; doesn't make it right to steal from customers just because they've claimed bankruptcy or whatever. Serves them right to be shutting down their company because of their shady fraudulent customer service tactics. Consumers beware.
