Near 10 e-mails and no help anyway. Do not order out of USA (NEVER to Europe), they are a THIEFS!! Très bon site commercial. L'efficacité est au rendez-vous et très bon rapport qualité prix d'autant plus lorsque l'euro s'apprecie par rapport à l'USD. Mais pour les envoies en France, bien qu'ils aient fait d'énormes progrès en terme de coûts, les délais restent d'un minimum de 3 semaines et d'un maximum de 6 semaines.
