Ist bookboon.com sicher?

I rated this site as, "I DO NOT TRUST" and it is not showing up as such! After they claim that you do not have to register to download free ebooks, I tried as it said, with no registration of any kind and they lied as they ask me to provide information to them like my email address and other information. After reading their policy page it really makes me leery of this online company as they claim they are not responsible for the embedded information from third parties in the free ebooks! They also make other claims, such as; By using and/ or visiting their website you are signifying your accent to their terms and conditions even if you have no idea what they are or if you came to their website by mistake! Then it states if you do not agree with our terms and conditions then do not visit our site. Crazyiness! The problem I see her is that they are embedding stuff in the free ebooks as they call it, "Embedded Frame" and they are claiming that they are held not responsible for anything, if anything were to happen. Yet they also state about personal information not to be collected or harvested but what is to stop people from doing this? It also mentions that Automated systems, such as; robots or spiders are not to be used and in the same paragraph it states, "The company reserves the right to revoke these exceptions either generally or in specific cases," which I find that very crazy as they may allow a company or companies to take your personal info. and allow the automated systems, that is scarey to me! I do not want anyone spying on me, or collecting or harvesting any of my info., nor would I like anyone to use any sort of automated system to spy on me! This company sounds very shady when you read the terms of use! ***** just does not sound like a company whom I can trust as I do not know who these third party people/ companies are, nor do I know their true intentions and if they may cause me any sort of harm! This is a company I will avoid to be on the safe side! I do not trust them, as they already lied about no registration for a free ebook, which they will force you to do prior to downloading the free ebook!
