I had the most professional pleasant experience with Staff member Chey. She was professional, very patient, took her time explaining my membership, the site and the functions of the app. Chey was pleasant , friendly and knowledgeable. Chey gave advice about how to recognize red flags and things not to do. I have had several consultations in the past, and none compared to the professional nature and demeanor that Chey displayed. My experience to date has been very good. The customer service is second to none. I found some promising connections that could, at the very least lead to new friendships. Most connections were verified and real people and true to their profile. As in any app/website today you have to be careful of scammers. That said CF removed those users very quickly and they take and complaints VERY seriously! After one month and MANY connections I found someone extraoirdinary and I plan to visit her within the next six months. After viewing hundreds of profiles I can say with confidence you will not find anything sexually explicit or any profanity.

I have been working with Karen Navarro for a while now, and she is superb. She returns all of my calls, answers all of my questions, and gives great advice and insight that makes the experience on Christian Filipina much better. Karen has a warm and confident personality and gives me food for thought from a Filipina's perspective. Since signing up for a membership, I have been contacted by staff for assistance understanding my membership and the website with offers of genuine help finding features and settings. They also offered suggestions on what to search for and what hazards are there. So far I have been very happy with this website and service.
