I have had an account at coinebase for over a decade but they have been giving me so hard time although I have been constantly receiving btc from more than 15 mining and faucet sites. Some time they restrict you and some time they block you for nothing . On top, when you complain them, they never reply. Even though, initially they accept and verify my account fully; later they told me that my country was supported. Indeed, this explain that they are racist toward my region and people for lots my other friends had a same problem.
