Internet throttling, bandwidth caps, invasion of privacy (breach of the 4th amendment), enemy of internet freedom (net neutrality), enemy of the consumer, anti-intellectual, extremely dishonest, back-dealing, antiquated business practices and antiquated business model. These people are the Monsanto of the information technology business sector.

bait and switch business tactics. unauthorized charges and bill collection. They hurt my credit rating because of fraudulent chareges.

bad customer service. After installing additional cable, the HD did not work. I call comcast and was told to take to another city and get a replacement. travel distance is over 40 miles round trip. this does not include the poor selection on basic programing trust no way..

Maybe I'm in the minority here, but I have comcast service and it's fairly reliable. (I have had a few outages though.) However, their customer service sucks big time. As long as you don't have to deal with that, you're fine.
