Ist couponchief.com sicher?

Some of their hosting coupons don't work or are expired. That's no big problem, but you usually enter the codes just before paying, so it's a hassle when you get 10 codes which are all expired. I was looking for codes for VidaHost. The only ones I know to work were "tenpercentoff" for 10% off, and "twentyssl" for 20% off SSL certificates. (Without quotes!)

I agree with LanaSB. This site does only share online coupon codes good for discounts at various online merchants. I am an active user of this site and have never been plagued by spam, malicious software etc. by this site. I also e-mailed Gary Gray, the founder of Couponchief, and I have a very positive impression of him. I think WOT should delete the comments below that say that Couponchief sells counterfeits: It only shares coupon codes; it does not sell nor rent anything! And for the not so bright ones who say that Couponchief has expired coupons: There many coupon sharing sites that have expired coupons as coupons are uploaded by people like you and me and it is impossible to check the thousands of coupons uploaded daily. Therefore, they put a success score on them - the lower it is, the lower it is on the current page. Further, Couponchief added expiration dates on most of their coupons. And I and my friends have scanned the site for malware, viruses, and other malicious software by many anti-virus programs (Avira. BitDefender, Dr.Web, G-Data, Malc0de Database, MalwareDomainList, Opera, ParetoLogic, Phishtank, TrendMicro, Websense ThreatSeeker, Wepawet etc) and all reported that it is a clean site. Therefore, dear team at WOT, you should reconsider that rating. it should get a Good trust score. I hope you will improve the rating for couponchief as it really does not deserve the current rating!

It's a site where users contribute coupon codes for use with online sellers. I don't understand where these claims of promoting counterfeit goods are coming from. They don't sell or promote anything. I was able to save money using this site to obtain valid coupon codes for online shopping at reputable vendors.
