Very good service. Of course scammers can abuse it, but it has a working abuse report form, and the team quickly blocks malicious links.

Seems overly complicated if you just want to check where a link is going to since you have to activate a "preview" mode.
And I only became aware of it because it had been used by people spamming the contact form on my web site. It will be interesting to see whether those links are deactivated.

Phishing and spam are not allowed in cutt.ly - we have internal system that blocks all suspicious links.
I'm using... It has lots of free tools. and very user-friendly. I didn't find any harmful content there. It provides a service for it registered users to view the main website before visiting the site/
