I have found that basically everything to do with the online Pharmacy (as well as the store Pharmacy) is very unsatisfactory. Their prices are much higher than competitors. They don't offer the $4 generic Rx, and they don't offer a free health discount card. CVS does not price match, and they aren't always reliable with their online pharmacy orders for in store pick up. (sometimes the stores claim to not even get the order!) When that happens you have to re-place the order and wait for the store to fill it.
