Pros : It is a great free subdomain redirection service. It adds the cz.cc domain at the end of your website/url you want to be shortened. Cons: Serious security holes that may lead to a bad customer experience.

This site should not be judged by what it hosts. The trojans and viruses are what users put on the site to host it, it is the user's fault, not the site's.

While it is recognized that this domain in and of itself is not malicious, something like 90% of the new registrations of subdomains through this service are. This rating is based on the fact that the site is incapable of dealing with the abuse or tacitly approves of the garbage registered there. This free domains service seems to be the favorite of criminal malware site owners second only to ce.ms.
