Ist dailybreak.com sicher?

There doesn't seem to be much of anything wrong with the site, per se, but I believe the Privacy & Publicity policy in the Official Rule / Terms of Service are more invasive than necessary. Due to this, I refuse to use their services or submit personal information unless I am confident that there is no chance that my information will be used for any other purpose than to explicitly and specifically endorse or win the product or service I am attempting to win. The fact that submitting my personal data gives "each applicable third party Promotion Sponsor a royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive right and license to (i) ... (ii) ... to the extent permitted by law" is a part of the ToS is, to me, excessive and a misuse of my personal information, and sufficient reason to refuse to participate in anything this site or its third parties hosts. Here is the full passage of "6. Privacy & Publicity" in the official rules / terms of service: "In order to validly enter and in order to claim a prize, entrants are required to provide Dailybreak and the applicable third party Promotion Sponsor with certain information that can reasonably be used to identify them, such as their name, telephone number, physical address and email address ("Personal Data"). Each entrant of a Promotion hereby grants Dailybreak and each applicable third party Promotion Sponsor a royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive right and license to (i) use entrant's Personal Data, likeness, image, voice, photographs, and any written statements made by the winner about a Promotion, the prize, Dailybreak, such third party Promotion Sponsor, or any of Dailybreak's and/or such third party Promotion Sponsor's products and services, and (ii) to use, reproduce, modify, publish, create derivative works from, and display entrant's entry submission (including all photos, videos, postings, tweets, and other content) in whole or in part, on a worldwide basis, and to incorporate it into other works, in each case, including for promotional or marketing purposes in any medium, form, media or technology now known or later developed without additional compensation to the extent permitted by law.
