Ist dailysteals.com sicher?

I purchased two Klipsch speakers from this site. When I received my order it only contained 1 speaker. I immediately contacted customer service and they promptly replied that they would look into it. It's now a MONTH later and I still have no resolution. I emailed several times, got zero responses back, tried again, was finally told my issue had been escalated and to await a response. That was a week ago and STILL nothing. If your order goes off without a hitch, this place is fine. But woe to you if you need customer support. Their customer support is horrible, completely negligent. My experience amounts to theft. Tomorrow I will have no choice but to contest the charge on my credit card. These guys have no problem letting me dangle out here while keeping my money. That's theft.

I ordered a paint sprayer from this dailysteals.com. A week later, they shipped a piece of cardboard in a gray bag. A piece of cardboard! I complained through their clunky online interface. They emailed and said they were going to reship. Never happened. I wound up having to call the credit card company and do a chargeback. They're a big pain in the neck with a nasty Brooklyn attitude. AVIOD!

They are horrible at owning up to there own mistake. I made a purchase and the website messed up. it gave me 1 email and 1 page confirmation but sent me 2 items. they charged me twice and when i tried to get a refund and send the item back (seeing as how it was their fault) they just told me there is nothing they coud do and that its a sales final website. a very immature thing to do.

***** is one of those deal-of-the-day websites. I found a link, I think on here, to a set of 5.1 Logitech speakers for $40 (something like 70% off), score! Not so much. I never received a shipping notice, so a week later I sent them an e-mail. The following Monday they got back to me saying the package was delivered, but waiting at the local post-office, pinned the blame on UPS (probably accurate). I live in a city though, we have many local post offices, and, despite inquiries, both DailySteals and UPS were useless in pointing me in the right direction. On my second attempt, I found the correct post office to discover they had simply slapped a shipping label on the product box and some extra packing tape and sent it through. The box was beat to all hell, but I took it home and opened it up. All the serial numbers were blacked out, and the subwoofer was already blown. You gotta be kidding me. I sent them another email, and again, no response til the following Monday. They gave me an RMA and offered I ship it back for a refund on my own dime. Fuck that, I'm not paying more to send this back with the hopes that they might follow through and pay me back at some point. I told them they could do better, and that as they only respond to customer complaints on Mondays, I'd wait a week. That was a week and a half ago, with no response yet. I think it's safe to say I won't be getting one. So, end of the day, I don't expect to solve this problem, but would see to it that no one else gets screwed over by this company. *****

Purchased a cell phone through this site and have never received it. I contacted customer service, which says I have received said item with a tracking number. I contact USPS about this and since there is no insurance on item nothing they can do. Contacted customer service again and they will not help find product, or refund money.
