Ist dell.com sicher?

Computers have been bad for a while. XPS business laptops are the only half-decent models. Alienware gaming computers are basically a lot of chassis and thats about it. Two friends who both own Alienwares have been very disappointed. Another friend who works at a computer repair shop (a big one) says he's seen more Dells come in than any other brand. In 2002 I had a Dell desktop with Windows XP. It was the worst computer I had ever owned. My previous Gateway desktop with Windows 2000 Professional and 240 MB of RAM and a 20 GB hard drive was 5x better. Another friend of mine still has a 2006 Dell. It has been trouble ever since 2006.

Be very careful with Dell Finance, different company, I explicitly selected a $1 buyout option for my $1800 monitor. After the 3 years was up they literally changed the terms of the deal and tried to get me to pay $800 more for the monitor to buy it out instead of the $1, after paying $2200 over 3 years. So They WANTED $3000+ out of me for an outdated $1800 monitor I can buy used for even less than that now! Mark this comment down if you wan to be ignorant to the tricks they pullt, regardless, remember my words here today as I am merely recommending taking screenshots, video caps, of everything you purchase if you enter into agreements with them for leases and what not. Either they don't care about us, or they have so many customers they don't care about honoring agreements, either way, they don't care to honor agreements with this long time customer when they know they are wrong. I couldn't even get a manager on the phone to try and explain, they did not care.
