This site is very bad and the Hustler asked him batteries and after 20 days, She did not arrive, I told them that the goods never arrived and they said they will hit the road and waited and after 40 days I was surprised that they were canceled my case and closed without reason and without sending any message to this do not recommend never buying from this site swindler

This site was once a place where you could shop. The item quality however was mediocre at best (worst of many examples: 50% of a batch of USB chargers I ordered there exploded(!!) on 1st use!). Accordingly the RMA process was as painful as possible (a PITA) to have the customer cut his/her losses. This painful "RMA process" has lately been replaced by a "taking the mickey" process where you get a reply once a week (or month) ignoring whatever you wrote/requested - regardless how concise or clear your statement was. Bottom line: The chance to get items that are broken/dangerous is at least ***** Refund for DOA items does not exist. Don't buy there! If you bought there and face the inevitable problems don't hesitate to open a ticket with paypal (or your credit card company) - make sure you don't miss the 45 day threshold (paypal)!
