Ist eachbuyer.com sicher?

I bought some replacement heads for an electric toothbrush. The packaging was a little rudimentary (no padding) but the goods arrived safely and promptly. The price was amazing (about 5% of what I would pay for the same branded item!) and the quality far exceeded my expectations. I am not aware of any additional spam (that other commenters mention), other than the general advertising (from them) that you get when you purchase from any online company. I use Hotmail account which deals well with spam anyway. I would use them again and have recommended them to a friend.

Закзал у этого сайта покупки. Через две недели, написали, что покупку вернули с таможни. И что магазин хочет вернуть деньги, просят подтвердить работоспособность банковской карты. Я написал ответ, что карта исправна возвращайте деньги. И всё... Уже около недели они пропали со связи. Чат выкидывает сразу с магазина, но почту не отвечают. Будьте внимательней. Я очень давно покупаю товары с китая, у них у первых, в моем опыте, вернули посылку. По моему они отправляют товар одномуиз 1000, а остальных "кидают".

I placed an order for some items back in September, about 6 weeks ago. After 24 hours I still had not received an invoice for my order, so I emailed their customer service. They did come back within the next 24 hours saying that I had not logged into my account, but that they had received my order and were processing it. Well I waited another 4 weeks and heard absolutely NOTHING else from them. I know sometimes it takes a while to get things from overseas... But it was getting a little rediculous to not even get an emailed stating the item was shipped if it had been. Or that the order was processed and they were working on packaging it, or at least something. So I sent another emailed asking again what the status of my order was, and an ENTIRE week went by without hearing anything so now I'm trying to get a refund for my order. They have the absolutely worst customer service I have ever experienced, online or otherwise. I would TOTALLY NOT RECOMMEND using eachbuyer.com, it was a total waste of my time.

Паскудный сайт! То дурят на доставке заявляя, что фри шипинг на всё а при чекауте требуют денег. То после оплаты не отсылают заказ в течени 10-ти днейб при обещанных 3-7-ми днях в течении которых заказ должен быть отослан! Лайв чат не работает, на письма не отвечают. В топку галимый сайт с паскудными владельцами!
