easeus IS A HOAX SITE. Stay Away! Example of their tricks: when it shows Top 10 Data Recovery Apps, the page and the info looks very legitimately as though it is showing you 10 different apps, each with its own name, features, pros and cons lists that all look legitimate, TILL YOU CHOOSE TO DOWNLOAD AN APP, when you see that all of the apps are the same program, and all of the supposed free features are paid and expensive at that, despite what the 'easeus' site told you. All the 10 Apps are one app, Selling features that where free and open-source. God knows what other tricks we are downloading with their apps, or even by opening their site! Be Careful! Good luck

The free software only allows you to view a drive. You can't do anything else. Should you decide to purchase the software, do so at your own risk. I did so, the software crashed twice after many hours of drive scanning. The software is not fit for purpose. However, you will NOT get a refund unless you allow them to perform a remote session with them so that they can show you how to use the software. Bare in mind they are based in China and are 8 hours ahead of the UK, so you have to be available when THEY are available. And then, they won't refund you because they will prove the software is not at fault regardless whether your files are recovered or not. Either way, you will be at least £71.99 out of pocket.
