Ist ebettle.com sicher?

I used this site to put bets on hearthstone a couple of years ago. I was very knowledgeable about the game and doubled my input of 300 euro up to 600. I eventually decided to take a break from gambling but intended to return to site, so I didn't withdraw my money at that time. When I returned to the site after about a year I found out that my account was closed down so I contacted customer support about this. They said that my account was closed down to inactivity and pointed to their terms and conditions which said that if a bet hadn't been placed in 180 days. The account was closed down and all the money was confiscated. I'm pretty sure that rule wasn't there when I made my account and I nevertheless feel that having a rule like that is just made to rob people of their money. I have used numerous other betting/poker sites and have never heard of the site just stealing peoples money if they are inactive. After reading online I've heard many other stories of people getting their money robbed for different reasons, such as using multiple accounts and other things. To me it seems like this site is making it's profit by abusing their terms and conditions in order to steal peoples money. Very unethical and I would strongly warn everyone from using this site.
