eleads is a site that is used in the auto industry for automotive dealerships. There is no reason to use this site unless you work as a marketing or sales representative in the auto industry. This is simply a digital address book for a dealership.

eleadcrm is used by sales centered companies such as auto dealerships. Its a lead/customer tracking solution, used for keeping track of customers/contacts. You shouldnt be at the site unless your a salesprofessional, registered with your company with a login. When you have hundreds of customers, a rollodex just wont do. It helps schedule tasks, track responses, etc. Cant see how it can be rated poorly, its simply a web-based solution for a sales company so employees can log in at the office or away from the office.
