Be careful, they are a scam. They used my credit card without authorization and charged me 723 eur without offering any course. I paid 50 eur to try their classes on the basis that they would refund if I was unhappy, I could not connect, too many technical issues. I asked for a refund. They never responded to my calls or emails. They instead used my credit card fraudulently and charged me 723 eur. I asked for a refund and they refused to refund. Don’t trust them, they steal money from people!

eTeacher Group seems to be a scam. I do not doubt that they provide great language learning techniques but they do not operate in an honest way. I cancelled my class with them with in the 24 hour window of time which would allow me to receive a full refund. Instead I was charged and have received the run around. Each time they call I miss it and that is because they call at odd times. When I return the call the person I reach will not help me resolve the matter but rather she/he will only take a message, ask when is a good time to receive a call back and tell me that someone will return my call. I've called them many times and left many messages. They never call during the times I've given the representatives who take my calls. They haven't called me for two days now! I have also noticed that until I started reporting them to various sites it is nearly impossible to find a negative review/rate on them. Everything that is found is posted by them. That is questionable to me. What I have found has led me to believe that they are very bad in their business practices when it comes to refunds and being reachable by customers. From what I have read it is doubtful that I will ever get that money back. I would be very careful in dealing with them--better yet, don't. Find some other online language courses through a reputable company.
