Sometimes website doesn't cooperate and I can’t see my keys on my profile, but it’s not very often. My order never got lost, i always received everything. Only because of the small errors I took 1 star. Delivery and quality of the keys are good

My key doesn't want to work, but after email to support they give me another one. I had to wait for a while, but they were so nice and finally I can’t complain, errors sometimes happen

Do not pre-order from this website, they can’t deliver the key on release and after multiple messages asking about a timeframe of delivery, they can’t provide one, only “today”. I don’t know how normal key deliveries work, but pre-ordering is abysmal.
I’m still waiting for my dragon’s dogma 2 key that I ordered on march 7th.
For 9 hours after release they still haven’t got the key.

Fuyez ce commerçant malhonnête et menteur. J'ai perdu 29.95€. Après avoir payé ma commande qui était annoncée livrable immédiatement, je n'ai jamais rien reçu . j'ai contacté le service client qui n'a pas réagi avant plusieurs jours . Ce service client m'a dit qu'il me rembourserait....J'attend encore mon argent. Fuyez ce voleur !

Over three hours later, product not delivered and for an illegitimate verification reason since I'd already completed verification. They cancelled my order without reason and increased the price. Site is a timewaster and grey-area scam. Support are now unresponsive. Avoid if you're able to.
