SCAM ALARM. Keys sind zwar echt und funktionieren (meistens) aber der CHECKOUT ist eine ABOFALLE. Unbedingt das Kleingedruckte lesen. Außerdem muss man 2 mal das Abo stornieren. Beim Ersten mal kommt eine Email bei der sie noch ein paar Angebote schicken, welche man selbst nur als Werbung ansieht. WICHTIG in dieser Email wird man erneut gefragt ob man "wirklich kündigen möchte". Wenn man das nicht bestätigt buchen die einfach nächsten Monat 5€ ab. Kauft euch lieber CD-Keys die auf einem Pappbecher von einem Obdachlosen in einer dunklen Gasse verkauft werden - das wäre sicherer.

Service delivery is efficient and quick, website design is decent, no complaints beyond the dark pattern they have of making you subscribe to the SMART subscription service without being aware of it. I tried to cancel it — they said they'll send an email within 24 hours (why that long...?) and tried to remove my card from my account, but that functionality doesn't work. Stay way.

The subscription service is a complete fraud.❌ The subscription service is a scam. The payment process is deliberately designed to make you accidentally subscribe to their 'Smart' service. Additionally, the 'unsubscribe' button is completely hidden at the bottom of the page and grayed out to make it harder to find. It doesn't even unsubscribe you immediately; instead, it sends you an email through which you can unsubscribe (the email also takes a long time to arrive, likely in the hope that you'll forget about it).

This website resorts to the lowest form of trickery possible, by stealthly "subbing" you to their useless subscription service. My only interaction with this phising website was to buy 1 game (which was another painstakingly tough process full of emails to support, but that's another story). Now when I check my credit card I find I've been unknowingly charged for a subscription service that I didn't subscribe to. I didn't get any invoice on my email about this. It's intentionally made to profit of people who aren't paying attention. Late stage corporate greed. To hell with this site!

I've purchased games from that site in the past, but I recently discovered that I had inadvertently subscribed to a paid plan. This came to my attention through unexpected PayPal notifications. The process to cancel the subscription was somewhat obscured by the website's design, making the unsubscribe option hard to find. In my opinion, this approach feels somewhat deceptive. As a result of this experience, I've decided to purchase my game keys from other sources in the future. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience.

They are selling keys of a game (through Steam) that is abandoned by its developers and currently not even launching any more. After contacting the developers of the game, THEY CONFIRMED THAT THE GAME IS NOT PLAYABLE IN ALL PCs AND THE GAME IS ABANDONED, and so I should ask for a refund. Gamivo support is not giving a refund because the game is still for sale in STEAM. Even though I shared with Gamivo the problem, they still refuse to refund the purchase.

BEWARE FRAUD!!! BEWARE FRAUD!!! BEWARE FRAUD!!! I bought a game on the platform 2 months ago. I was billed for a PayPal subscription that I never completed! ("Gamivo smart subscription") After researching on google, I found out that I'm not the only one: Gamivo activates this subscription when you make a purchase, which you can't cancel/view due to direct debit. Due to a "small" monthly amount of 4€ you only notice it after months to several years (many customers don't even know that they have this subscription!) The support doesn't want to help you any further, you'll never see the money again. DO NOT buy here, it will be expensive in the long run! BEWARE FRAUD!!! BEWARE FRAUD!!! BEWARE FRAUD!!!

didn't send game as described, was an old documentary. Didn't even work on Mac as described. No money back, as they say they sent me a product key (which was nothing as the lengthy game description). Really arrogant poor non compromising customer service for product they didn't deliver. Stay away

<<<<<<SCAM COMPANY - BEWARE>>>> They set you up with some bogus 'SMART' subscription service that is preselected when you make a purchase. That's right YOU HAVE TO ACTIVELY DE-SELECT THE OPTION not to purchase this scam along with your actual purchase. Then it is not shown on the Purchases page. You have to actually download an invoice to see they are charging you for this. Worst kind of scammy business. Avoid like the plague. Crooks based out of Malta think they are immune.

Absolute worse service ever, Bought like 6 xbox codes (aprox 500$ total value) All of them worked fine until last one, which was wrong currency (SGD instead of USD) so not usable in USA, sent all the proof they asked for and they replied everyday with something else, not even looking into issue, they said that they have to sell the code to someone else to validate that its not used without even looking into the previous proof about it not being in USD, will never deal with them again, this is first negative review i have ever written and i have bought 100s of games and codes on different websites, absolute disaster
