It's either: A shop or other that uses SPAM to his promotion (adverts), even famous brands, deemed reliable, do the same now, I've seen public services in any country to use SPAM for their advancement (tourism, trade fairs, shows, festivals, etc..), there is only a small step for hospitals, police, governments, schools, ... will go do the same too. A disaster of modern times now affecting other means of mobile communications (smartphones, tablets, SMS, etc..). Or if it's either: An address used for SPAM, endless new addresses (even the wacky, with a letter changed, weird word, numbers, .......) are created permanently to bypass filters, updated constantly, that harassed and antispam services put to block this scourge! Apparently this is the feast of site creations including fake sites for spam, scams, to sell us (legally or illegally) their products or services, and pollute the planet with electric resources wasted, thank you also HOSTS complaisant with the SPAM and the world of profit! One day, the number of Internet domains used for SPAM extensively exceed the number of useful internet domains, like the number of SPAM received which represents 90% of e-mails that are received in the world! Un véritable désastre des temps modernes qui touche maintenant d'autres moyens de communications mobiles (smartphones, tablettes, SMS, etc.). Ou il s'agit sinon soit: Une des adresses servant pour le SPAM, une infinité de nouvelles adresses (même les plus farfelus, avec une lettre qui change, un mot bizarre, des chiffres, .......) sont créé en permanence pour contourner les filtres, mis a jour en permanence, que les harcelés et les services antispams mettent pour bloquer ce fléau! Apparemment c'est la fête des créations de site y compris des faux sites pour du spam, des arnaques, de la publicité pour nous vendre (légalement ou illégalement) leur produits, ou services, et polluer la planète avec des ressources électriques gaspillés, merci aussi les hébergeurs complaisants envers le SPAM et le monde du profit! Un jour, le nombres de domaines internet servant à du SPAM dépassera largement le nombre de domaines internet utiles, à l'instar du nombre de SPAM reçus qui représente 90% des e-mails qui sont reçus dans le monde! FORGET THE PHYSICAL PRODUCTS AND ALL YOU OVERLY-NICE PEOPLE SAYING IT'S 'TRUSTWORTHY [to what degree??] - THIS IS ABOUT THE WEBSITE ITSELF BEING UNETHICAL: Incompetent PC manufacturer STILL LYING (hence misleading claims or unethical) and misleading / omitting problems with their products. When will 'genius money-makers' realise that it's easier to just make a good product in the first place?! I mean - for all the marketing effort involved to profit from a given consumer market's ignorance, whilst causing great suffering to the usabilty of products (in order to save R & D and QA costs), do they think that customers will EVER return again, after being abused like this? I won't post random forum links to the sheer IRE felt by HP's (ex-) customers. Just search their forum yourselves for 'incompetent' or 'incompetence'. See what I mean?! Also, in the spirit of WOT being about the code of the website itself - their special tool for 'automated' support, that's supposed to check exactly what driver or BIOS updates I need on my laptop - FAILED at this, and instead invaded my privacy, which I can allow if it's for a purpose. Instead of giving me a shortlist of updates, perhaps installing them for me, or at least making it about 5 clicks to get all the installers - no, MORE HP incompetence (at ALL levels!) Instead, all this invasive software did was check the model number for me (which I took easily from Right-clicking on 'Computer' in Windows and copying the VERY specific info from there, so it actually took MORE time than the manual way! How do managers at HP and decision-making execs actually get away with their salaries, I don't know? WTF? Where I come from, you do your job to a (probably more than this) minimum 75% competence, AND better be a VERY likeable person, or you get fired within DAYS. What planet do HP live on? Thus the whole company, the website especially cannot be trusted. Instead of explaining the bugs in their software, they put a page up trumpeting how good it is: "http://www8.hp.com/us/en/campaigns/hpsupportassistant/hpsupport.html" It's a known bug-fest. It's installed (forced-onto) on new laptops, YOU'RE NOT SELLING IT SO WHY 'UP-SELL IT ON A MARKETING WEB PAGE?' Unless it's a form of institutional psychological compensation for utter shambolic weakness in engineering. Hence 'Misleading Claims Or Unethical' AND THEN SOME. Note: Never send a politician / marketer to do an engineer's job, in other words. Funny how that's common these days and seen as better than a common street beggar or thief. HOW IS IT SO? Ah right, it's actually worse - since the latter at least aren't pretentious, nor do they take a job that otherwise a more competent person would take!

Dopo aver accettato (scaduta la garanzia HP) dei driver di nuova generazione dal colosso INTEL originale per ottimizzare il CPU, questo prodotto per anni non venne riconosciuto dai server HP. Dopodiché dopo lunghe peripezie trovai l'espediente per obbligare HP ad individuarne il codice seriale ed il codice prodotto, allorché HP riconobbe l'attuale sistema operativa Windows 8.1 e apparentemente forniva supporto e driver. Niente di più falso. Loro in definitiva affermavano che dalla data di acquisto ad oggi sono trascorsi circa 5 anni, la garanzia è scaduta. La verità consiste nel fatto che loro non avrebbero mai voluto credere nella possibilità che questo prodotto resistesse alle intemperie della Microsoft e neppure si impegnavano a sviluppare driver di supporto. Obiettivamente non me lo aspettavo dall' HP. Mi hanno tradito. Then after long journey I found the trick to force HP to identify the serial number and the product code,HP recognized when the current operating system Windows 8.1 and apparently provided support and drivers. Nothing could be further from the truth. They ultimately claimed that the date of purchase to date have spent about 5 years, the warranty has expired.The truth is that they never wanted to believe in the possibility that this product could resist weathering of Microsoft and even undertook to develop driver support. Objectively, I did not expect from 'HP. Have betrayed me.
