Ist hp.com sicher?

Bought a laptop in ***** Had a keyboard issue, and they reported that there was liquid spillage (lots of it...) on the motherboard. Said they needed to replace the keyboard, hard drive, optical drive, and motherboard to put the warranty back into effect. I refused their service, and upon return, I opened up the laptop. There was a small amount of something on the exterior of the optical drive enclosure. Keyboard needed to be replaced, but everything else was OK. Motherboard was a little dusty, but other than that, spotless. Either their technical folks can't tell the difference between the DVD enclosure and the motherboard, or they were trying to pull something over on an unsuspecting customer. I lean towards the latter. Never will I do business with HP again.

Good site, seems very safe. Have no problems turning my teens loose on it for add-ons, software, and accessories that they may need. Often this is the preferred place to get driver updates INSTEAD of Micro$oft. These updates generally work, where the M$ versions have cause me to have to roll back multiple times.

I bought 2 products from HP.com, one went through and because of my credit card balance, the second product was rejected. I was paying $3.04 for the second product, now a month later they jacked the price to $17.00, and shipping and handling is $18.00. This is BS!!!!!
