Ist ibuypower.com sicher?

I made the mistake of only paying attention to how new the graphics card was, it's only around three years old. However... The CPU is around TEN years old. Who even makes computers like that? It at least works well enough in spite of that but I can't run newer games or older games re-optimized for newer computers (like WoW) at full speed. Also it doesn't support DX11 so I had to buy the PS4 version of FFXIV because they dropped support for DX9...

Do NOT buy from this website. I spend over $1,000 and cancelled my order. I was told I'd receive my refund in a week. I waited 9 days, and contacted them and then they told me it takes 1-2 weeks to receive a refund. I waited until the two weeks was up and contacted them again, they had a very rude attitude on the phone when speaking to them and told me to wait longer. They also told me when they refunded my money I would not receive the amount of money I paid for the computer. Bottom line, horrible customer service, HUGE money scam. DO NOT BUY HERE!!

Bought a computer from them and after a month it arrived damaged right out of the box, and with missing components I was promised. Called customer support and some foreign guy starts laughing at me, telling me that if I wanted them to do right by me I should drive across the country from SC to CA and take it up with him in person! Are you kidding me?! He then cursed me out and hung up in my face. I called back, but apprently they only have 2 people working customer support and this new foreigner repeated what the first guy said, and I could hear them laughing in the background. Eventually they said if I really wanted to have it fixed I could ship it back to them at my own cost. I told them F that I want my money back you have a 30 day money back policy on your website. They again laughed and cursed at me and said "Sure, we'd be happy to get our computer back from you, but you have to pay shipping and handling, and a 15% restocking fee"! Are you freakin kidding me? Basically they sent me a broken laptop for nearly 2k dollars, then, for me to GIVE IT BACK to them, they wanted $250 dollars+me paying shipping and handling came out to like 320 bucks. Just wow. I reported them on the BBB and to the California attorney general, frankly with all the negative reviews I have no idea how this company continues to defraud people. BUYER BE VERY WARY OF THIS SELLER, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED NUMEROUS TIMES!!!!!

Great deals, discounts and rebates. The only fault is the time and delivery price, but it's worth it at the end. No regret on this purchase, will soon buy again at Ibuypower. Ignore these comments unless you heavily rely on Wot accuracy, there are far more better areas that provide excellent reviews, especially from popular sites.

With so many bad comments I am skeptic with WOT's accuracy . The site design isn't as elaborate as the materials they offer. Check around the internet for other opinions. Don't rely on their testimonials so much.

NEVER do business with this company. Customer service is non-existent. They are not interested in giving you the product you pay for. They almost never actually provide the product as it was advertised, and some people have reported them taking over 3 months to ship the computer. They don't respond to complaints. They will NOT help you if you find that there is a problem with what you bought. If you are going to buy a prebuilt PC, there are plenty of other dealers that can you get a better PC, with better customer support, at a better price.

Many customers have received their computers with one of the following: - Missing parts - Items different from the ones they purchased - Computers not fully assembled - Damaged parts due to poor shipping Not even the customer service is helpful. A man had filed a complaint against the website for purchasing a computer with a powerful graphics card, and received a graphics card worth $150 less than the one he purchased, and customer service refused to give him the correct card. Stay away from this site.
