This is a good email programme, although it can be a bit heavy on older and less powerfull machines. If you don't want your home page or default search engine to change, just uncheck the boxes on the default page. The only major beef I have with this programme is that you have to pay for the junk filter. Although I find that if you bounce messages back to spammers, they leave you alone after a while.

Incredimail is one of the worst programs you could download to date. Not only is there a considerable amount of exploits within the software itself, but there's also quite a few loopholes and twists\lies\claims in the User license agreement. One such item is where they claim they can own and literally take anything you send using their program. . . They have pops and Ads that can infect your computer with any sort of malicious programming. And There's also a considerable amount of crud that they wish to shove down your throat. If you can, stay away from this Program and never download it.

lemonhead54: I am a Tech support expert. The changes to the registry are very low risk, I have gone through my registry before and after I got incredimail. Any free version Is going to have ad's on it, the company has to make it's money somehow. Also, in response to your comment we even did some tests on the lab computer. We have flagged this program as a Blue (safe) program. And, if it really crashed your system, how colud you be writing that comment? Incredimail is packed with graphics, and this can slow older computers down, or even crash them TEMPORARILY. May I ask how old your computer is? And, you cannot determine, without running professional lab tests exactly what program is causing other programs to conflict with the operating system. I can't believe that this is a green rated site. I'm going to look for a better rating service than WOT. This is a joke. They hijacked my windows mail and began to download over 300 e-mails, then they hijacked my browser and my homepage. If WOT considers this site to be green then I warn those who use WOT to beware of WOT!!!
